Real Estate Films That Build Trust and Desire



Real estate is more than floor plans and facades — it's about creating aspiration, trust, and emotional connection.
Filmlabs partnered with Lionarc Group to create a suite of visual content for two of their key properties:



    The August,

a ready-to-move residential project partially sold and already home to residents.


    The Altitude,

a luxury 4BHK project still under construction, needing a high-impact showcase for dealers and potential buyers.

Through interviews, walkthroughs, and crafted promotional edits, we helped Lionarc bring both built and imagined spaces to life.


Project 1: The August – Testimonial Series

Objective:

Build trust through real voices from real residents.


We produced a set of heartfelt testimonials featuring families and individuals who had recently moved into The August. Their stories — why they chose the property, how it’s changed their lifestyle, and their honest thoughts about Lionarc — served as powerful social proof.



Concept Development:

  • Resident interview videos (2–3 mins each)

  • B-roll of families in their homes and around common areas

  • Condensed reels for social media

  • Subtitled and branded cuts for sales use

Results:

  • Boosted engagement and credibility in the market

  • Shared by the sales team directly with prospective buyers

  • Used in both digital and on-site showings


Project 2: The Altitude – Sample House + Dealer Meet Video

Objective:

Create visual content for an under-construction luxury tower to generate buzz and dealer buy-in.



For “The Altitude,” we captured the fully furnished 4BHK sample apartment, designed for high-end living. We crafted two video formats:



Objective:



  • Short Promo Videos (10–15 sec):

    For reels, web, and social use — focused on aspirational lifestyle and luxury details

  • Dealer Meet Film (5–7 mins):

    A longer, immersive walkthrough with cinematic transitions, music, and feature highlights — screened on LED walls at Lionarc’s dealer event
